The second biggest industry in Bangladesh, after brick making, is brick breaking. He probably just dumps them on a pile to be broken up.

 

Since most of the country has no rocks, they bake and then bust up bricks for use as aggregate in concrete and for the roads. Everywhere I went there were great mounds of bricks with women sat on top with a hammer spending the whole day breaking bricks down into gravel sized pieces.

 

Mighty feat on this guy's part though.
