Areca Lodge

Has anyone been to the Areca recently. Whats the building works like now? Is it complete? Has it made any difference?

I was there last month, still pouring concrete floors in the Areca extension, Nancy said it would be finished in the middle of next year.

The back pool is not a relaxing place, quite a lot of noise from angle grinders, hammering etc.

The adjacent plot is at a similar stage.

All the piling work appears to be done so no really heavy thumping, well, not from the building site!

I was in a pool room in the old building and was not troubled at all.
