Yeah the same for me too. It works for the "Informative Website Forum" but does not work for the FLB Parties or the Residence Garden. Sorry

Go to the "PATTAYA PAGES" link at the top left of this page and click on it. On that page is a link to "Best Hotel Deal"; click on it and you are on the right track to getting your reservation taken care of.
