Avoid at all costs. Started off ok but went downhill fast ( as many do) Dirty, bedding not cleaned properly, bathroom mouldy.Can also be noisy.Sunview on Soi Bukau much better option.

Not sure what your budget is Steve but I can recommend Pattaya Bay Resort as being very very good. I have stayed there on numerous occasions and found it to be excellent. The rooms are a good size and very clean. They have good security, free breakfast and wi-fi in all rooms. The current rates are 999 bahts per night.
