Which airports/airline are you talking about?

 

It's not made a commercial flight to BKK yet, so you're not going to get a whole load of relevant info.

Emirates will start there dubai/bangkok airbus very very soon (july methinks). The economy interior doesnt look any different to the 777 tho and it doesnt get you to the destination quicker.

It won't make any difference at the baggage claim. They already put 2 or 3 flights on the same carousel.

The main difference you will find with the A380 is less outside noise (engines) compared to the 777/747/330- The problem with this is interior noises are highlighted (ie) babies crying/ people snoring etc etc

Emirates are flying Dubai to Swampy with the Big One from June so our flight will be on the scheduled flights we have in November

As the plane is pretty much a standard configuration , whatever the airline , we thought some BM`s may have flown on one !

Always best for 1st hand reports , seating , food etc.......

Seats are bookable for 1st June onwards for the A380..... and I can use a reward ticket on it....... so I'll be flying on the evening flight from Manchester to connect with the A380........

 

With a bit of luck might actually be flying 1st June.... fingers crossed :)
