The Vault is a nice place. Popular though, so it's pricier than it used to be. Can't blame him for raising rates if he is full up most of the time.

 

Yet if it went up for sale or was bulldozed because no-one was using it, I guess we'd be saying that it always seemed closed, was grim to look at, had a lot of talk generated a few years ago but nothing recently and was perhaps overpriced. I couldn't tell you if he is full or empty but if full, he must be generating customers from some source which I don't some across.

 

IMHO the prices are way OTT and the rooms are the usual blind guest house owner mish mash of non matching furniture items which are so often used as props in Pattaya accommodation.
