There's a couple of wooden shacks outside the estate that should suit your needs at 5000 baht a month !!!

The simple fact is that one could get a 2 bed house in East Pattaya for 5k a month. Just off Soi Khaotalo for example. Everything you need onsite and local.

 

I'm not doubting this house may be fine, but the location means it is worth well, not a lot. Someone spent maybe 5m building a house in my partner's village. It is nice, but probably only worth about 2m if they wanted to sell it and perhaps not even that, all due to its location.

 

At some low price, someone will put up with the location. That is what I am saying but that price is not 10k.

You can get alot more for alot less alot closer to Pattaya, this is just some tatty thai house on a tatty thai estate. Not worth 10k, The drive out to this area will take about 30 minutes from central pattaya

I lived of Khao Talo as well and 2 bed houses started at 5k. You would never get them through an agent of course and at 5k, you;d have to be very lucky. Mostly 7k up. 3 bed detached with all new inside and garden for 12k.
