The nicest place that I've seen for around 700 baht a night (weekly rate of 5K) is the recently opened KTK hotel on Soi AR near Nova Park. Swimming pool, in room safe and wifi. They also have larger rooms.

Mate stays at Honey Inn In soi Honey,next soi to Diana.

 

Says it is good,he has stayed there 15 times now,mind you he has no taste!

I do hope it is just a slip on your part but, at 5000baht a week thats actually more than the daily rate.

I was quoted 13500 baht a month ,but they could not give me all the time I needed as they were booked.
