Are you just out to do tourist stuff or is p4p your priority? It will make a big difference to the advice you require.

Just as a after thought you could also try the www.pattaya-live.com forum Casper is a resident of snooky and is a good source of information, but dont take the advice of Mulphy he is a huge over payer for someone who has been there so many times and unless its on the riverside(rip off side) he hasnt a clue about what happens in the town.

 

Probably your best source of info in PP would be the www.phillipinesecrets.com( i know its a PI board) board my mate zipzap is the most informed poster on pp around the boards and he has posted some google maps with locations of hotels and bars on them that would be very useful for the 1st timer.

 

Hope this helps i would get him to email them and post on here but with my luck i would be breaking the rules yet again

Saw the movie "Holly" 2 weeks back. Its takes place in Cambodia and filmed in a P4P part of the country. If the movie is anything close to the way that counrty is, you should let it be. I was let to believe many working girls are there against their will . At least in LOS, the girls look like they want to be there and make money.
