I'll be in Bangkok when this game is on . Will it be shown on Thai TV & if so what station ? Can anyone recommend a good bar in the Nana area that may be showing the game ?

Yes it will be on one of the Thai sports channels.  In Nana Plaza, Woodstock would be your best bet.  If you want a more luxurios experience, try the Living Room on Sukhumvit, just before Soi 15.  They have a large screen and a mini theartre.
