I stayed there for 3 days in May this year. Standard room was advertised at 999baht but I was charged 1299baht due to it being a special weekend.

Room was ok with a good bathroom. No kettle for tea or coffee but they did have a microwave. I thought the pool belonged to the hotel next to it that is closer to the beach. I think they have the same owner. No joiner fees and as it is close to the beach quite handy for some daytime fun.
