Papillon your so right. Vic is a first class arse ole and like you i would rather sleep in the street than stay there. He couldnt give a toss about his paying customers as i found out. Thing is i had paid 4 nights deposit before i arrived so the twat kept that when i left on the second day.

Mate, I stayed there for at least a week on several trips.

 

I can't fault the accomodation, it's very reasonably priced and the rooms are great. Second thoughts, the rooms are fantastic value for money.

 

I used to recommend the place on this forum. More than that, I used to big it up a fair bit.

 

The place is almost always fully booked, hence the couldn't give a shit attitude of Vic when something goes wrong. The next Mug is already booked in.

 

I would really like to say here what the Cunt did but he would remember it immediately, He has all my personal details from the credit card booking. I like to stay anonymous on the forums so that I can give my honest opinion of things.. I won't give up my anonymity for it..

I dont post alot but im a repeat customer at QV, i cant beliave the attitude you say Vic has given yo,u he has helped me out numerous times wiht changes in bookins at last moment even in highest of of the high season and not billing me for the extra nights and my friends have the similar expirianses. Even if i have offered to pay for the missed nights he hasnt wanted it.

 

Mayby your attitude was wrong to start with or he really couldnt help you out? never seen any problem he couldnt fix in the bar...

Got to agree with you there I’ve only stayed there once and enjoyed the place but the location became a bit “full on” for me.

 

But have a mate who has stayed there numerous times and will not stay anywhere else. When I’ve met him for a drink there Vic has always been a genial host. When I go in on my own for a pint of the black stuff and a meal the place always seems well run with happy staff and customers. I know the place is very popular with many repeat customers so can’t believe Vic is a cunt to all of them!

There are always 2 sides to a story and we are only hearing yours and you are also only seeing your side of it and not alot of detail about the problem care to tell us more?

 

Everyone makes mistakes but i have never seen vic do anything unpolite so hard to see the merit of him to be called a "arsehole" so i wonder if its possible without alot of provocation... but please share..
