A mate just called me asking me to book him a reasonable place for 12 days from the 22nd Dec, he says R24 and Asia Rooms are showing full up, are the decent guest houses round LK full up ?

I will have a look at the place on Sunday, he is interested in the Breeze/View ? its opposite the Soi leading down to the back of Avenue, owned by the fella that owns
