Last time (Nov. 2010), I stayed at the Flipper Lodge and Eastiny Plaza on Soi 8. I particularly liked Eastiny Plaza, but the late night bar music and construction noise from across the street was a bit of a problem. So this time, i want to still be relatively close to the action but quiet. I am looking at Page 10 Hotel on Soi 10 for the Songkran time period. Does any know if there is a problem with late night bar music or construction noise for this hotel. Also, same question for Sandy Springs on Soi 13. Thanks for any replies.

Stayed there, see my report in the hotels section. Noise was not a problem

 

I think http://www.agoda.com/asia/thailand/pattaya..._me_spring.html (Sea Me Spring) is a better bargain than Page 10.

i have stayed in the sandy spring many times over the years and have never had a problem, ask for a room with a sea view and you are away from the entrance and soi

Thanks for the replies, I ended up going with August Suites, its close to Soi 7 and Soi 8, but quiet, also, the reviews on agoda are all very good.
