If you want more replies... it would be a good idea to learn how to post the details here. Some people here have logins for PA, but my guess is that most do not or will not be bothered to go there to look. I know I won't... and I am in the market for a new place.

rent reduced to 24,000, if a deal can be done before Songkran. house needs to be seen to be appreciated .. plenty of land around the house.
