What paid (or free) proxy server services work in Pattaya with SSL?

I understand that various sites are blocked - is Pattayatalk? - anyhoo what proxy server service does work and with SSL?

 

The problem with proxify and megaproxy etc., is often they or their. IP addresses are well known and blocked as well and for $5 to $10 a month not great if they are..

I use strongvpn.com "open vpn". I think it's $30 for 3 months.

Thanks to both. I have heard of strongvpn and will have a look as it protects on open wifi networks as well.
