With a major high rise construction site next door with work from 6-7 am to 7-8pm 7 days a week (excluding Budha Days),Just keep balcony door closed and dont use balcony

No bi-weekly or at least weekly cleaning included (300bht extra cleaning per go) And only 1 set of sheets,hope laundry does fast turn around??

For bargain 6000bht a week??? WOW jomtien prices must have really shot up since my last visit 12 weeks ago...
