Another trip to Pats in NOV, but will be staying on Soi Lengkee for the first time. I know from nothing about the offerings available on this Soi. Have stayed before on LK Metro & on Soi Buakhow next to Club Blu, but I took little advantage of the offerings in those areas. Have usually done my mongering on BR & my barhopping on WS, but I am burnt out on both.

Can anyone summarize the restaurants on Lengkee that are reasonable & worthwhile?

Can anyone recommend a Bar on or near Lengkee that is good for daytime chilling out?

Lastly, can anyone recommend a Bar on or near Lengkee that is good for evening mongering?

MANY THANX! CHEERS!

For all 3 requests - Ned Kelly's

Good atmosphere and the menu is not bad - when she's working LOL

There a a few other restaurants around there but I'm not the best to ask.

For accomodation the Opey De Place is good and has a pool with snack bar and bar that can be used (I think a fee applies for the pool if you're not a guest)

Cheers :gulp: Admiral Ken

Your not exactly in the middle of nowhere there. As lots of bars and eateries on the street as Ken says Ned Kelly’s is good for breakfast, farang and Thai food, my regular bar fine was always happy with her food there last May. There was also a couple of potentials for a BF working on the night shift that I would have been tempted on if I had not been staying there, :whistling:

China Garden is very good and has some good recommendations in fact I don’t think I’ve read about anyone who has not liked it. :thumbup

Your only a short walk from Buffalo Bar on third road or The castle if that’s your thing. Soi Buakhao for the Baht busses and Oasis and soi LK for all the other bars/go-go’s is only a stroll in the other direction. :chogdee
