Name Brand Metamucil?

For various reasons, especially when your body clock is out 12 hours, and for keeping bad cholesterol down, this stuff is excellent and I can't find it in any pharmacy (even the good one I posted about).

 

I bought some "faux" version but I can't afford the outboard motor you need to dissolve this stuff in water to get it down.

 

I tried Big C, both the grocery and the Boots there without luck. Anyone bought the real thing here? If so where?

Thai names are often the European ones, not the North American ones.

 

Try Ispaghula. I believe pharms have it.
