Yep jesting partly but I have been to UK places that have been like that, real slappers.  Never again though, once bitten etc.   London's Soho is like £20 for 10 minutes and yep they do say "Have you finished yet?" and after about 5 minutes "I think your times up so hurry up".  I tell you steer clear.   [smiley=thumbdown.gif]
