Have you had your toes nibbled?

Anyone with a blood disease will contaminate the tank apparently. They check for cuts and apply a plaster to some customers.

I think with so many potentials in Pattaya, that could contaminate the fish tanks, I will give it a miss.

I have done it a couple of times and kind of like the feeling. It does tickle a bit at first and I did find they cleaned a lot of the dead skin off my feet. But the thing i liked most was I had a couple of calluses (spelling?) on my feet that they worked on as well. My feet felt very smooth after they were finished.

It costs nothing to have the whole body nibbled if you visit Erawan Falls up in Kanchanaburi. All the beautiful cool pools up there at the bottom of each fall are filled with fish that nibble all your bits - be careful about your nipples - not the most fantastic bit to have chewed. However, if you just sit on the side of a pool and dangle your feet in the fish clean them up nicely and pleasantly.

Yes, its a very pleasant sensation at Erawan waterfalls, but I made sure I wasn't the 1st one to try this.

After no-one was dragged in, I ventured in & enjoyed the experience.

Later we had the opposite effect when a few hours afterwards we went to the hot springs.

I assumed they would be warmish but I was shocked at the heat generated in the very first pool straight from the bowels of the earth (slight exaggeration !)

I settled for one of the drain-off pools which were still bloody hot.

Luckily there was a bar close by with cold large Leo's which cooled us down.

cheers rogero :beer :beer :beer
