It has been around for quite a while. The bottom half of a view shows a map corresponding to what you see in the upper photo so figuring out where "you" are isn't hard.

It has a copyright symbol of 2008 in the bottom right corner. It is pretty old as they have just started building the Central Festival shopping mall

It's been around for years...now you can see Pattaya as it was 4 years ago.

 

Many of us have used it to answer questions about where some business is located....been doing it for years now.

 

It is definitely NOT Google Street View.

It helped me figure out where the RG is and even Rose Apple and when I arrived ttk filled in the gaps for me.

 

Even a little bit out of date it allows someone new to get a good idea of how things are laid out.
