Wanted - 7 month rental East/South Pattaya from September

I am looking for a house with minimum 2 bed/2 bathrooms. in the Chaiyaphruek 2 area (my daughter will be going to school there, in Neramit Village, from September). Around 25K max.

 

Anywhere from the Darkside area south would be ok, as far as Jomtien.

 

Somewhere quiet, a communal pool would be great. A private pool would be even better, but that might be a bit optimistic at my price! Internet access is definitely needed...

 

I am a good, quiet and reliable tenant, and had a 5 month tenancy in Centre Condos South Pattaya last year - I'm sure the landlord would give a reference if required.

 

I'm not sure if I'll be renting a car this time, so info about nearby baht bus routes would be appreciated.
