I lived in that complex for 3 months.How do you figure 5 minutes to Walking Street? You couldn't drive there in 5 minutes w/o traffic.

I do have pics but can not seem to attach to the forum , Oh and with the new road through the complex now it basically takes me 6 minutes to Soi Marine if its not crazy busy on my bike. You also know then this is a good price for the complex but I wish I could add the pics somehow.

How do you figure 5 minutes to Walking Street? You couldn't drive there in 5 minutes w/o traffic.

 

It's less than 5 km from Jomtiem Beach Condominiums (Level of Soi 10) to Walking Street.

With the new "Jomtien 2nd Rd" and the now good Thapphraya Rd, you can be fast to Pattaya 3rd Rd.

Just 500m then to Walking Street.
