Booked 1st week. Hard to book week 2 while there?

   Hi All,

 I've already booked my first week(mid/late-Jan.) and last week(mid-Feb.) in Pattaya but still have the middle 9 nights open.  I was hoping to check out hotels during my 1st week to find a room for those 9 nights(late Jan- early Feb). I might even look for a room on one of the islands.

 

  Finally, my question. Should I be worried about finding a decent and inexpensive room for the middle 9 nights? I'm pretty sure I could book before I get there but I'd rather look around. Any thoughts? Thanks up front.

You'll be fine. You have time on the ground to get it sorted. The problem at that time of year is largely associated with just turning up and having nowhere to stay that night.

I emailed Eastiny place and they had rooms for 900bt a night, thats kinda high (normal 750bt), but I am paying $20 US at the penthouse.    M_H

have u got eastiny inns email please,i am coming 24 dec and have nowhere to stay as yet,i have tried a few hotels but they are full so if eastiny inn full any other ideas please.

December 24th and there's no room at the inn!  Perhaps you can stay in the barn with the buffalo

I think they are full but you can try.....if not i might have a room available for you as i have booked 3 rooms and only need 2:).............one of my friends have to stay home:) lucky him.
