Hi

Has  anyone  stayed  at  skaw  beach  hotel near  soi  10  second road

Friend  stayed  once  said  it  was  ok  with  big  rooms

Hi.... Yes.. I stayed at Skaw Beach on my first visit to LOS (a few years ago).

 

The rooms are very nice and large. The price was only about 400 THB.  They also have a nice pool but I did not have time for a swim. They ask your GF for ID at the front desk but are guest friendly. Safe's are at the front desk. I think you need to provide a lock (or buy one from them).  The AC was cold. In my room, they took two beds and pushed them together to make a large bed. That was the only thing I did not like.  The bathroom had the shower drain in the floor and no bathtub.

 

The location is not bad but ouf of the way if you are a newbie. Soi 8 beer bars are close.  I rented a motorbike and used that to get around. Of course the Pattaya Taxi's cruse by the main road all the time.

 

One of the better values in Pattaya but a little out of the way. Ask for a room overlooking the front so you get a balcony.
