Rinrada Hotel in Samutprakan Area

I'll be staying in the Samutprakan area of Bangkok in January & my TG has recommended the Rinrada Hotel . Has anyone any experience of this hotel ? At 500 baht per night I'd be worried in case it's a dump . Can you recommend another hotel in that area ?
