Not sure if it's the same,but I stayed in the villas adjacent to VT 2A about 4 years ago for a week.I liked the location-didn't book through agoda though.

I've briefly looked into long term rental for one of these and also possible purchase; having decided that I will probably go for a second (holiday type residence next year). Best rate LT rent I found was 30,000/month, on a 1 bedroom unit, for a years contract. Purchase prices are too silly to mention!
