Bus to Bangkok and link to Skytrain.

Recommended Posts

What is generally considered to be the best bus stop to connect from a Pattaya Nua bus to the Skytrain now? I have previously got off at On Nut but believe there is a stop earlier now that the Skytrain line has been extended. Usually i now go the airport route but this next time I want to catch the bus from Pattaya Nua. Will have no luggage.

Udom Suk station will probably be your best bet. Just before the Levis factory outlet. Personally, I'd just stay on the bus through to Ekamai.

Thanks Tom. Will be travelling at morning rush hour and don't want to be late so I thought I'd avoid most of Sukhumvit. Udom Suk looks best for me.

Yes people get off further out now as traffic starts to slow the bus down.

On-Nut used to save some time if you were heading into central Bangkok, now it is Udon Suk. It is soon after you come off the Expressway.

I find it easier to ask a local, they seem to know where they are.

That would probably take an extra hour than getting onto the BTS ASAP.
