How does someone go about booking Nirvana Place for 6,000 Baht a week?

What is "all that"? Can you be a bit more specific how the process works? How do I check that the booking is confirmed with the folk that run the place? Up to now, all we seem to have is me sending you my personal details and a load of cash.

 

Why don't you tell me the availability between now and, say, 31 Dec and I'll tell you what dates I'd like.

 

What sort of deposit are you looking for? 10-20%?
