Happy Valley

Does anyone have any experience of, or views about, a place called Happy Valley condos/hotel in Jomtien?

Seems to be a reasonably priced place and it looks good in the video they have on YouTube.

However...

Have seen the sign on Soi Watboon (its in a small soi between Watboon and Chaiyaprek). Never stayed there so can't comment about quality/value for money, but just be aware that its a bit too far for most to walk to the beach and its not on a baht bus route - not an issue if you rent a motor bike.
