Mikes Mexican Restaurant is now up for sale! Mikes has been in business here in Pattaya for 9 years and he is now planning on retiring back to America. Mikes has a steady flow of loyal customers and is a long time favorite among ex-pats, long term contract workers, and tourists.

This is a turn key business opportunity which includes full staff -- which is willing to stay--, full training, as well as full disclosure on all recipes. What makes this such an exciting and lucrative business opportunity is the ability to franchise out! Mike opened his first restaurant in Japan 13 years ago and has opened 8 other franchises before moving to Thailand

Mike owns the building and is offering a 3+3+3 lease. The building also includes a 2 bed 1 bath western style apartment upstairs that is included in the rent. The new owner can choose to live there or the apartment can be used as staff accomodation if desired.

Mikes is considered the best Mexican food in Pattaya if not all of Thailand. Mikes is located on soi 5 off of Theppraya Rd.

Serious inquiries only. Full details will be disclosed to interested parties in private. If interested email Brian7seas@yahoo.com

Three separate times I have been there and I was the only customer.

The location is bad for casual traffic. It needs an owner willing to work the internet.

The facility itself is very nice.

Not sure what time you have been going there, no place is full from open until close. It does a fair lunch trade and a solid evening trade. Also contracts with Door to Door and WOW contribute to a successful business.

The location is bad for casual traffic?? How can being in South Pattaya between Pattaya and Jomtien, right on the baht bus route with less than a 200 meter walk to the restaurant, with a big sign on Theppraya Rd, 4 minutes from walking street, and decent parking be a bad location? Mikes business has increased since he moved off of Theppraya to the smaller soi 5.

An owner willing to work the internet and do a bit of local advertising would certainly be able to contribute to what is an already very successful restaurant.

Move it to the Soi Metro area before selling and you will reach the nucleus of the Pattaya English speaking community without any authentic Mexican competition.

I am currently staying in a rented house in Thappraya Soi 5, passing the restaurant daily. To me it seems it is doing reasonable business.

I eat there once in a while and am usually impressed with the quality of the services and food.

Mike's has steady customers referred by hotel connoisseurs around Pattaya, as well as regular customers whom never visit Walking St. His location is fine.

This place definitely has a lot of potential, great food, nice atmosphere, etc. In regards to location, well its situated on the same street as Cafe Des Amis and they are almost always fully booked. Besides delivery books, Mikes needs to focus on advertising & reaching out to his target audience
