For those who can manage to find their way to the other side of Sukhumvit, the Honda Thailand LPGA will take place at Siam Country Club from next Thursday. Well worth the effort ...

I wonder just how many people are attending. I live about 2 miles from the course and don't see any increase in traffic at any time during the morning.

Went yesterday. Some lovely young asians. Not so lovely white ones. Easy to get around. If you live on the Darkside good. If in Patts hitting Sukumvit at peak hour is torture.

 

Beer is 80 baht a can.

Sandwich 70 baht, hot dog 50 baht.

300 baht to get in. Shuttle bus from car park. Bit of a walk still.

 

Crowds were well behaved and fortunately i did not hear one loud mouth fucking idiot septic yell "In the hole" after someone tees off on a par 5. And Michelle Wie would be taken for a ladyboy on WS. Only because she is a giraffe.
