Girlfriend needs a Thai Passport

Can someone give me an update on the situation at the Avenue Mall regarding Thai Passports? Do you still need to cue up in the early morning hours? Any Documentation needed besides the Thai ID card?

Just been to get our sons passport, there at 7.30am and it was packed, we were no. 1158. Don't know about your documents my son is only 10yrs old so will be different
