AA Residence on Second Road/ Soi13

Has anyone stayed there recently ? I'm considering it, but would like to know whether the construction work that was blighting the place earlier on in the year has finished yet.

 

Also does anyone know the Suite rates (not high season) and are there plenty of suites available?

stayed there 2 weeks ago.

the view i had from my window was of 3 hotels being built, and a big crane about 10 feet from my window.

did not notice the noise until i woke up, as i can sleep through a riot when tired, but during the day the noise was pretty loud.

this said, a guy i had a few drinks with had a room on the opposite side of the hotel and heard nowt.

room rate was 800 a night, and for the price i could not complain, room very neat and most of the gear was brand new.

nope.flipper (soi 8) has to be my favourite, dont know why, it just is.

happy memories i guess.
