Does anyone have info or experience on this place? There is nothing posted in the reviews. Found it on the net. They have availability for December and only want 900 baht a night. It is obvious that it is a bit  out of the way but seems like a great deal. And yes they are guest friendly and the price includes VAT. I am considering this place and the Welkom Inn, Areca Lodge, and the Residence gardens. So far by the looks of the place, price, and that from location should be quiet yet still close to the action it seems to be winning. Help this is the first time and I don't want to screw up.

We went and had a look at the place during our last trip after having seen the website.

 

Didn't venture as far as the rooms - lets just say the photographer done a good job in producing the pics for the site.  I wouldn't even consider staying in the place - Mr Macs or The Roof Garden nearby offer much better quality facilities.
