Hi , can anyone here recommend about a good cheap (below 10k baht per month) serviced apartment in pattaya say from the third road to sukhunvit.

For that price,try searching...9 karat condo,Nirun condo and Spanish place,all of these

have access onto Soi Arunotai,which is in your search area.
