I have a condo in View Talay 2A (101 sq ft) which is in need of some internal painting (just walls).

Does anyone know a reliable painter that will be available from March 19th 2015.

We live in UK so I would need to organise everything before we arrive in Thailand.

As I know no-one who speaks Thai in the UK I would need someone that speaks good enough English to deal with me over the phone or email.

Any help gratefully received and many a pint shall be given in March :lsmile

Dont expect that any arangments made in advance are honoured by the people comitting to do the work. They may be - but dont plan anything important around comited days.

Dont expect a quality of workmanship will be like you get at home. getting apint on window frames and panelling is "normal" and they consider you a bastard for complaining about it.

Best is to take a day to do all the masking of frames and fittings your self. Home Pro and HomeWorks both cary the BLUE #M tape that is extreml good and does not suffer from leakage under the tape and comes off properly.

You need to spell out exactly what surface preperation you expect and what order to do it in. ie clean the walls BEFORE you paint them (had thtat problem). Wash off mildew with haiter , then wash the wall BEFORE painting NOT after painting - yes had that problem too.
