Montien Hotel Leisure facilities

I read a couple of years ago that a membership facility was available at the Montien in order for none guests to use their gym, pool and leasure facilities. If this is still the case then how much would this cost on a month by month basis and is the facility really worth it.  On the other hand is it just possible to walk in and blag the facilities for free.
