apartment required in Pattaya

I am looking for a 2 room (bedroom/livingroom) in Pattaya for me, my wife and our 2.5 year old son. Arriving 14th January 2015 and staying for 2 months. Approx rent 20,000 Plus THB per month. Stayed previously in Soi Buakhao.

Any suggestions greatly received.
