Sunshine hotel Pattaya soi 8

Just about to pull the trigger on this hotel as a drinking buddy is staying there , none of us ever stayed in this hotel before he has booked and paid allready for himself 

Any one used etc any info next few days would be great ?

Used to stay a lot when Soi 8 was top of the pops. Only issue I had was the small pool.
