A rather odd occurance, the story seems to be that it wasn't deliberately targeted, but the result of 2 Policemen / border / Security guys having an drunken argument and one of them discharging a weapon, hitting the plane.

Bit of an annoyance if that's your repatriation flight home I guess, but bloody hell, Welcome to Africa!.
