For a regular flyer who lives near one of the places selling the passes it's a good offer.

I've used Bangkok Airways to fly up to Chiang Mai and Sukothai.

I've used them into Yangon many times. Bloody excellent service, food and booze......

I'm gonna name drop and say I once shared a flight with Aung Suu Chi ...Small prop plane early morning....

I've got 15 days when I arrive (hopefully) next April. I make take 3 flights instead of staying in Patts for the entire trip.
