I have never been to LOS at Xmas. This time I will be in Pattaya between Xmas and new year. I spent a month there in April, and had 2 songkrans, one in BKK, one in Pattaya. Had a great time. Whats it like at Xmas.

I was in Bangkok over last Christmas and it came and went before I realized that I had missed Christmas.  Funny thing is I was with my brother and neither of us thought to mention it.  The next morning we remembered and called our folks.

 

The hello girls in the Santa hats probably should have tipped me off, but they had been wearing them for days so all I knew is that it was Christmas time.  Mai bpen rai...

Good thing about Xmas in Pattaya is you can stock up on santa hats with flashing lights  cheap and really score with the family/friends next xmas when you hand them out.

Sounds like the beginning of a plan to me which I realise is not a good thing for LOS (as they never happen apparently)

 

SH I havn't been to the FLB yet either on any previous trips so look forward to checking it out - It can't be as good as the pics can it !!! ;D

 

Anyway I'll keep in touch through the board and maybe set up a prelim date nearer take-off.
