FLB's Music Videos

I've been to your place about 20 times during this past year and I really enjoy the music videos you play on the TV's from the computer when the band is taking a break.   I'd like to know where you get your videos and how much hassle is was to format them onto the harddrive as I'd like to put a simmiliar collection together for myself.

 

Any bit of information would help get me on the right track.
