msn disconnect, can you help?

I just reformatted my computer and downloaded the new msn 4.5 I believe it is. Does anyone know how or where I go to keep it from logging me Off line every 15 minutes. I could phone msn tech support, but I hate doing that and am hoping someone here knows or has the answer for me.
