Hotel in Phuket

Can anyone help me with this hotel? I read it is in the middle of the action. Is it guest friendly? Joiner fee? close to beach? nice hotel? any help? any other suggestions would be great.

I think they used to recommend it on the Rock Hard website, so I guess it's girl friendly. I've never stayed there, but what do you have to loose? Or, Try the C&N Hotel, or Tropica Bungalows, or the Orchid Residence, etc.

Ramster, I'm in Patong right now, so I went to check it out this morning (April 2nd) Certainly a good location, literally a stone's throw from Soi Bang La, and I doubt you'll find much cheaper here at 1,000 Baht per night (same-same whatever the time of year, and discounts for a week or more) No joiner fees, either. Very small hotel though, and the room they showed me seemed a little drab and basic. Good choice if you're on a tight budget, but otherwise (IMHO) I reckon you'd be happier at the Tropica Bungalows or (my favourite) the Thara. I'm here for a couple more days, so anything else you want me to check, please let me know.
