Sorry J_D,

but I saw 1600bt on the review?

750 is not too bad I guess?

I am going to be at the baybreeze for 500bt, I stayed there before and its near soi 7 & 8, and my favorite restaurant, Kiss. Made in Thailand market is right next door, and beer bar complexes are across the street. It does have its drawbacks, but I like it a lot. T_T

It does mention the "New Wing" at 1200baht.........

But I am looking at the Standard Room @ 750 baht.

Nice pool, girl friendly, room safe and right on 2nd road, soi 13.

Cheers bro

Not worth it imo. The rooms for 750-800 are very small, equivelent to a room at motel 6 here in the US. I'd stay, but I know I can get better across the street at tim's bar or at flipper lodge. Flipper is about 150 Baht more, but the room is larger and nicely located. What I do like about lek is that there is no walk of shame since it's located on the busy 2nd road. There buffet is also a good deal.

I was there and asked about a room in Feb 2004, they wanted 1200 Baht for the new wing and 750 Baht for the old wing...

Go across the street to the Apex and it's 450 Baht for a room and just as nice...
