I'm thinking to buy a corner condo in the View Talay 2. I'm looking for a simple ( 60sqm ), no double room corner unit on the poolside in the building A. ( Jomtien side ) or in the building B. ( booth side ) It can be without furniture, but must be tiled floor, wood doors, bathroom, kitchenette, lamps, air con, hot water, so everything what is builded in. Or fully furnitured. Do you have any good offers for me?

I'm not in the city, but ready to deal immediately with a bank transfer if a good offer.

Also, after to buy the corner condo I will wish to sell my recent one, which one is in the Viewtalay2 building B. second floor 38 sqm, and fully furnished with kichenette.

 

Any idea? I tried some real estate agencies, but no positive answer...
