Suites at the Eastinny?

A guy I know says that he gets great suites with big tvs, balconies, etc. for a good price at one of the Eastinny's. I have tried to find some info about these suites online with little luck. I am wondering if he was thinking of some place else or if anyone here knows about this.

 

With the construction on soi 13 I am trying to find someplace nice to stay on another soi. Any info about these suites or other suggestions apreciated.

 

One other question: I have stayed at flipper lodge and thought it was ok. Any opinion on which is better, flipper house or flipper lodge?
